The Rest Of My Life was recorded at Omega Studios in Rockville, MD in 2001. It features five original compositions penned by Benjie and five unique covers. This album also features two world reknowned artists, Chuck Brown on the Shirley Horn composition Here's To Life, and Keter Betts on five songs. Benjie played in Chuck's band and has played with Keter for many engagements. Sadly, Keter Betts passed away in August of 2005, and his friendship will be missed. Benjie feels very lucky to have worked and recorded with Keter, and to have him on this project.
